Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
N\u00e9e en avril 1949 de l\u2019initiative de deux jeunes membres de Patria, l\u2019un ayant une formation musicale pouss\u00e9e, Roger Duprez, et l\u2019autre ayant des liens avec les mouvements de jeunesse, la man\u00e9canterie de Dour avait un effectif tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. Elle r\u00e9alisa sa premi\u00e8re prestation en public le 11 novembre 1949. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s ce premier concert public, le premier comit\u00e9 est form\u00e9 et, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un concours organis\u00e9 parmi les chanteurs, le titre des \u00ab\u00a0Petits chanteurs de la route\u00a0\u00bb est d\u00e9finitivement admis.<\/p>
En octobre 1950, elle s\u2019affilie \u00e0 la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des \u00ab\u00a0Petits Chanteurs \u00e0 la Croix de Bois\u00a0\u00bb. Par la suite, au moment de l\u2019Ascension en 1951, elle r\u00e9alisa sa premi\u00e8re prestation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise Saint-Victor de Dour. En ao\u00fbt 1954, les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions en semaine sont instaur\u00e9es. Ainsi, elle r\u00e9alisa un grand nombre de prestations dans de nombreuses salles de Belgique et dans des \u00e9glises.<\/p>
Ils ont notamment particip\u00e9 au Congr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0des Petits Chanteurs\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Cologne en avril 1953, \u00e0 des messes Sainte-C\u00e9cile avec la Royale Jeune Garde de Dour, etc\u2026\u00a0<\/span>Le dimanche 7 mai 1989, ils ont f\u00eat\u00e9 les 40 ans de la Man\u00e9canterie lors du grand rassemblement des \u00ab\u00a0Pueri Cantores\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span>Enfin, sous la direction de Monsieur Fabien Dubray, ils ont organis\u00e9 plusieurs concerts en l’honneur de L\u00e9on Masy.<\/span><\/p>
