Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s du carrefour de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Epine\u00a0\u00bb, le moulin \u00e0 vent des Berceaux est construit par un habitant de Blaugies, Gilles Collin, en vertu d\u2019un octroi du 28 janvier 1717. Ainsi, ce dernier peut exploiter le moulin. Toutefois, en contrepartie, il s\u2019engage \u00e0 verser annuellement une certaine somme au Domaine, qui 25 ans plus tard, doit prendre possession du moulin. En 1739, Nicolas-Joseph Poisson essaie de remplacer Gilles Collin \u00e0 l\u2019expiration de son octroi. Toutefois, en 1740, Collin obtient une prolongation de son bail de cinq ans. Ainsi, durant la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, les exploitants du moulin sont la famille Esti\u00e9venart qui y restera jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but du XIXe si\u00e8cle.<\/p>
D\u00e8s 1765, les autorit\u00e9s des Pays-Bas envisagent de vendre ce moulin. Toutefois, la vente est report\u00e9e jusqu\u2019en 1771, ann\u00e9e au cours de laquelle Charles-Louis-Joseph Ghislain se porte acqu\u00e9reur. Par ailleurs, il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que le moulin change encore de propri\u00e9taire au d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode hollandaise. En janvier 1819, il est mis en vente. Etienne Cambier en fait l\u2019acquisition et le c\u00e8de, en 1834, au bourgmestre de Beaumont.<\/p>
Finalement, en 1844, le moulin est d\u00e9moli et, en 1845, la parcelle sur laquelle il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 construit est r\u00e9unie aux terrains voisins.<\/p>
