Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

En 1980, Dour \u00e9tait le deuxi\u00e8me centre commercial de la r\u00e9gion de Mons-Borinage. Dans ce contexte, une association des commer\u00e7ants dourois a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e et un comit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu et ce afin de promouvoir les commerces locaux. Ainsi, ce comit\u00e9 avait \u00e0 sa t\u00eate un commer\u00e7ant de la Grand-Rue. Il avait pour objectif de discuter avec les comit\u00e9s des autres localit\u00e9s qui constituent aujourd\u2019hui la Commune de Dour, \u00e0 savoir Elouges, Blaugies et Wih\u00e9ries, des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des commerces locaux et d\u2019y trouver une solution. Cependant, il va de soi que chaque comit\u00e9 restait comp\u00e9tent dans sa sph\u00e8re d\u2019action \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que chaque localit\u00e9 avait des commerces locaux qui lui \u00e9taient sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>

Par ailleurs, il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019indiquer que cette association existe encore de nos jours sous le nom de l\u2019A.C.A.D. (Association des Commer\u00e7ants et Artisans du Grand Dour). Dans ce contexte, celle-ci pr\u00e9voit des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res pour ses membres afin que ceux-ci puissent se concerter sur des questions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans le but de renforcer l\u2019entraide entre commer\u00e7ants.<\/p>
