Nous ne disposons malheureusement d’aucune iconographie dans le fonds local de la Biblioth\u00e8que communale de Dour sur ce puits.<\/p>
Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Il convient d\u2019indiquer que nous disposons de peu d\u2019informations sur ce puits. Toutefois, nous savons qu\u2019il \u00e9tait situ\u00e9 au bord du bois de Saint-Ghislain, \u00e0 la limite de Dour. Il s\u2019\u00e9tendait aussi sur la rue du Sahutiaux, dans le prolongement de la rue de l\u2019Enfer, qui longe le terril de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric et rejoint la rue de l\u2019Escouffiaux.<\/p>
Par ailleurs, il est \u00e0 noter que ce puits passa entre les mains de divers propri\u00e9taires.<\/p>
