Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Fond\u00e9e en 1855, la Fanfare communale de Blaugies, ob\u00e9issant \u00e0 la mode, organisait un tir \u00e0 la perche pour la d\u00e9signation de son pr\u00e9sident le premier samedi de septembre. Ainsi, elle louait pour se faire la perche qui \u00e9tait la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Saint-Aubin. Dans ce contexte, il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019indiquer qu\u2019un grand nombre de membres de cette fanfare a re\u00e7u des m\u00e9dailles lors de diverses participations musicales en Belgique et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Par ailleurs, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 prend \u00e9galement part \u00e0 toutes les manifestations villageoises, patriotiques et religieuses.<\/p>
Auparavant, tous les cinq ans, a lieu une grande f\u00eate afin de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer l\u2019anniversaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. De plus, chaque ann\u00e9e, lors du dernier samedi du mois de mars, elle offre \u00e0 ses membres un concert de choix, suivi d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce th\u00e9\u00e2trale.<\/p>
Les musiciens honorent Sainte-C\u00e9cile, leur patronne, le premier dimanche de novembre par un concert \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise paroissiale Saint-Aubin de Blaugies au moment de la messe de 10 heures. Auparavant, au sein de la fanfare, on retrouve \u00e9galement un groupe de jeunes qui anime les foires commerciales et les f\u00eates scolaires.<\/p>
En 1950, suite \u00e0 la Seconde Guerre mondiale, un renouvellement complet du comit\u00e9 a eu lieu. Par ailleurs, il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que cette fanfare eut aussi, parmi ses membres, des compositeurs.<\/p>
