Le moulin est construit le 17 septembre 1699 au nord de la rue Quevauville. Dans ce contexte, il convient d\u2019indiquer que sa localisation exacte nous est inconnue. En effet, celle-ci n\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e dans aucune source et il n\u2019appara\u00eet pas sur la carte de Ferraris. Toutefois, nous pouvons suppos\u00e9e que celui-ci \u00e9tait situ\u00e9 au sud-est du Champ du Vieux Empire \u00e0 Elouges et \u00e0 l\u2019est de l\u2019intersection du ruisseau d\u2019Elouges et du Ruchon. Vers 1740, il devient la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du receveur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Belhomme. Vers 1770-1777, le moulin a disparu<\/p>
