Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

La premi\u00e8re maison communale d\u2019Elouges abritait la premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole communale. Ainsi, le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e de la maison communale \u00e9tait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement alors que l\u2019\u00e9tage comprenait les bureaux administratifs. Ce b\u00e2timent, situ\u00e9 en face de l\u2019Eglise paroissiale Saint-Martin d\u2019Elouges-au-Val, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli en 1900 si bien qu\u2019il en a \u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u00eame pour l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>

Dans ce contexte, il convient d\u2019indiquer que l\u2019\u00e9cole communale actuelle fut construite en 1862. Elle est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la rue Charles Wantiez \u00e0 Elouges. Ainsi, de nos jours, elle existe toujours.
